For over 25 years Joyce Marsh, Broker/Designer has been involved in various positions relating to Real Estate, Interior Design, Real Estate Management, Home Staging, and working with Developers, Builders, and Architects. 

Our owner, Joyce Marsh, has held upper level management and leadership roles with top real estate luxury franchises including Sotheby's and Christie's International.  These positions have demanded high performance objectives and handling multi-million dollar complex negotiations.  Most recently Joyce was the Regional Manager at Regal Christie's International Realty overseeing the sales staff in their five central Florida offices.  These positions have only enhanced her experience in the luxury market real estate sector.

Joyce Marsh felt it was time to start her own brokerage, and founded The Joyce Marsh  Real Estate Company, LLC specializing in the luxury segment of the market here in Central Florida focusing on the coast along the Daytona Beach area.

As the founder/owner of The Joyce Marsh Real Estate Company, Joyce has created a team of dedicated professionals that are the "best of the best" to ensure that her customers receive the highest level of service and dedication.  Her vast network and experience has enabled her to expand her market internationally networking with luxury consumers and agents around the globe.  

Joyce Marsh is a founding member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an organization with very special requirements and credentials.  She is also a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.  Her impressive list of professional designations include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), ePro, Brokerage Management and is also a Registered State of  Florida Interior Designer.

Joyce has also been a teacher, coach and mentor to many Real Estate Sales Professionals in the area for training in the area of contract negotiations, and marketing of luxury properties.  Joyce was also awarded the National "Best Marketing Award for a Luxury Property" by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.
